♛ Terms of Service ♛

  • Accepted currency is USD.

  • Payment up front; I will not start until payment is sent.

  • I will send you an invoice via Paypal when I have accepted your commission.

  • Not first come first serve.

  • Invoice must be paid within the week that I accept your commission. If it is not, your commission slot will be forfeit and given to someone else.

  • For regular commissions, you must have a clear reference of your character for me to work with.

  • For character design commissions (when applicable), please give me images to work with; ie moodboards, a collage of images etc. We will discuss this in more detail if I choose to accept your commission.

  • There is a chance I will work on personal work between commission work. If this is troubling to you, please reconsider commissioning me.

  • If you would like to use your commission commercially, you will be required to pay a fee, of which I will determine based on what it will be used for (see more information below).

  • I reserve all rights to my artwork. Credit to me is required when you show the artwork in a public space. You may not trace or alter the art.

  • A refund is allowed within the first 48 hours and/or if I find myself unable to take on your commission. If the commission has been started, a partial refund is negotiable. If the commission is done, you may not get a refund.

  • Revisions in the sketch period are free. If you ask for revisions when the art is finished, there will be additional costs. By extension, you may only get revisions within the week period that the commission is done. After that, no revisions will be given.

  • All commissions are delivered with a solid color background (of your choice) and a transparent version.

  • Your commission CANNOT be used for crypto or generative AI.

♛ Examples of Fees ♛

♥ General Fees ♥

  • Rush Fees: If the commission has a deadline of less than a week, you will be expected to pay an extra $40 to $100.

  • Revision Fees: If large scale revisions to the commissions must be made, you will be expected to pay an additional $15 per revision.

♥ Commercial Use Fees ♥

  • Promotional Art: For art that is to be made to promote a product, such as a game, or an event, you will be expected to pay an additional $30.

  • Merchandise: For art that is to be used for things such as prints, clothing graphics, you will be expected to pay an additional $70.

  • Show / Game / Book / Vtuber Character: For character designs that will be used for a show, video game, tabletop game, a book, or a vtuber, you will be expected to pay an additional $80-150 depending on the complexity of the design. This can be further negotioated, but I will never go lower than $80.
